Humberto Leal , a Mexican illegal alien was finally executed Thursday evening for the 1994 rape-slaying of 16-year-old Adria Sauceda, whose brutalized nude body was found hours after he left a San Antonio street party with her. She was bludgeoned with a chunk of asphalt.
Leal was executed after the U.S. Supreme Court (by a 5-4 vote) turned down a appeal by President Barack Obama to stop the execution due to complaints by the Mexican Government and the U.N. justice court that he had not properly received “consular access” before his trial.
As with his lawsuit against Arizona over its mere upholding of Federal laws with SB1070, his unilateral approval for access for Mexican drivers in the U.S., and his virtual amnesty for “Dreamer” illegal aliens, Obama once again chose Mexico over the American people. This last disgraceful act by Obama was a slap in the face to the Sauceda Family – who had waited far too long for justice, as well as the People of Texas, whose sovereignty clearly means nothing to him.
After the Supreme Court ruled against Obama and Leal, the Texas Gov. Rick Perry also refused to stop the execution – thus sealing this savage’s fate. In his last minutes, Humberto Leal said he was sorry and accepted responsibility.
”I have hurt a lot of people. … I take full blame for everything. I am sorry for what I did,” he said in the death chamber.
“One more thing,” he said as the drugs began taking effect. Then he shouted twice, “Viva Mexico!”
Let’s all remember his final cry, as we behold that the President himself stands with Mexico over Americans. The very same Mexico which – while being the 10th richest nation on Earth, with a 4.9% unemployment rate and a state-owned oil monopoly – cyncically uses the United States as its outsourced welfare system t0o rid itself of its poor. Which even printed a comprehensive guide to help “migrants” illegal enter the U.S. and how to remain here (with Consular support). Which has immigration laws against illegal far more harsh than even Arizona or Georgia, yet has a President who has the gall to call those of us who want to secure the border and enforce immigration laws as racists.
Let us remember this last shout of a vicious murderer – who spent nearly his entire life in America, as a rallying cry of our own to never surrender – until we restore the rule of law on immigration across this nation. I take my hat off to the governor of Texas. Obama’s interference into state constitutional law of the land is an overreach of power. He has sold our country, defiled the stature of the Presidential office, coward to the U.N., weakened our defenses and military world dominance, traitor to the American people, God to all illegals, minorities, and liberals who want something for nothing, belittled the Constitution; hired radicals, left wing goons and saturated leading positions with communist, fascist, socialist (Gadianton robbers) to rule as a God to the world in a form of totalitarianism. I am confident that the Texas judiciary system is capable of trying suspected criminals in their courts in a fair and impartial manner, consistent with American law and legal traditions. Being unfamiliar with the details of the case, I have no reason to suspect one way or another that the verdict was not correct and just.
The part that bothers me is that the United States has treaties with other countries relating to the ability of a person to contact their country’s consulate if and when they run afoul of the law while in foreign lands. Governor Perry, in a sop to his constituency has needlessly decided that Texas need not bound by such treaties. Despite the fact that it would have been so easy to do things properly and allow the defendant to contact his consular officials, Perry went ahead with his own version of cowboy politics. As a result of this, what is to stop other countries from unilaterally abrogating this treaty by citing this precedent?
This common sense objection which should be well comprehended by anyone in possession of a half of a brain was the basis of the President’s objection and request for stay of execution. Get it? No, I don’t think you do. The temptation to bash Obama is just too great, facts be damned.

For someone knowledgeable in the use of the polysyllabic, I would have thought you as equally well versed in the difference between so-called “international law” and “treaty obligation”. There is no treaty involved in this case; merely an agreement by the federal government, not approved by act of Congress, and consequently not binding upon anyone, including my cat. Unless the Constitution of the United States has been revoked by Mr. Obama, such agreement does not supersede the laws of any of the “57″ states, and the execution of a criminal duly tried, convicted, and sentenced is not a “sop”–it’s justice.

It’s really sad that illegals are protected in this state and Americans are over looked. I went to the California DMV today and while I was waiting a Mexican Lady was at the window getting a drivers license while using a translator. She could not read or even spk English and the government is just handing it over to her/them. This is utter B.S. What is it going to take to stop?
