Fleeing Illegal Aliens Shoot at Texas Troopers During Traffic Stop

Illegal aliens are increasingly battling police to avoid capture. Last week in Phoenix, 2 illegals fought with Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s detectives after a traffic stop, to try and enable 10 additional illegals to escape into the desert.

Last night near Premont, TX, one or more of a group of 15 illegal aliens in a van shot at a Texas DPS Trooper when the officer tried to stop their vehicle in a routine traffic stop on Highway 281, according to the Jim Wells County Sheriff’s Office.

After a short chase, the pursuit ended south of Premont on Highway 281. Border Patrol were called in with canine units, and agents detained several individuals–but some of the 15 may have escaped on foot.

Are illegals fighting to evade capture because they know once they get into America’s interior states that there is almost zero risk of deportation under Obama’s virtual amnesty?

They should assume that they are terrorists and shoot them if they try to run. In this present climate we must use whatever means necessary to keep or country and our citizens safe

  4. KansasGirl February 19, 2012 at 12:58 pm #

The minute the illegal aliens starting shooting is when law enforcement should have opened fire and not stopped until they were out of ammo.

    • Brett Reed February 19, 2012 at 5:39 pm #

Hell yea KansasGirl,…and if they need more ammo they could call me and I would run it out to them!!

As a native Texan, whose husband works in South Texas, I can not comprehend WHY our illustrious governor is not joining forces with Gov. Jan Brewer AND Sheriff Joe Arpaio? When oilfield workers along the southern borders of Texas are told (in whispers) to carry a weapon with them for their own safety (against illegals, mules & coyotes) on remote sites, it is hard to stomach not only an apathetic governor, but a POTUS & his cabinet who repeatedly say our borders are safe. I do not know what the correct solution would be in this situation, but I damned sure know that ignoring the problem and blatantly lying & accusing our border states of over-reacting is NOT a solution!

Easy answer Jennifer…he is still hoping for the call to be a Vice Presidential candidate. See how politics works? You tell your state you want to crack down on illegal immigration, but don’t even consider actually doing it til you hopes for the White House are dead.

It’s not what is best for the people, its whats best for you. That’s why we need real people and not life long politicians in government.

Ah, didn’t G W Bush start the whole amnesty thing?

    • Marlena Nobles February 19, 2012 at 4:47 pm #

No he did not start it, but then if you do the research you will find out that it all began before Lincoln became President when all of the slaves were freed and became citizens! That is the truth and the 2nd half of Lincolns plan was never implemented. The 2nd half was to send them all back where they came from! No one wants to admit the truth anymore and that was the beginning of illegals coming to our land and staying and being given amnesty. Not bigoted, just truthful.

      • bob February 20, 2012 at 10:33 am #

the 14th amendment was not designed for illegals. Do your homework

    • Brett Reed February 19, 2012 at 5:44 pm #

C, ah…does it f***ing matter…..lets take control and stop it! We can point fingers til the sun burns out, that won’t stop the invasion!!

  7. Cowboy31 February 19, 2012 at 1:50 pm #

My infantry squad and I would be honored to be called to patrol our own little section of the U.S.-Mexican border. I assure you that we would deal quite appropriately with any and all illegal aliens, Drug cartel members and other CRIMINALS. That is correct: ILLEGAL immigrants are CRIMINALS, not tourists! And shoot at my squad…oh, I so WISH someone would. They would never do that or ANYTHING ELSE ever again. Try putting a few thousand infantry squads on our border. Your border problems would cease to exist. We won’t do that because the U.S. Is too SOFT. Our enemies will continue to kill us, ignore our laws and exploit us on the border. WAKE UP, America!

  8. dont matter February 19, 2012 at 2:03 pm #

to all of you pp im american but ill tell u all if it wasnt for the imigrants this country id be in so much trouble no americans want to work and not just that they dont know nothing about farming these pp just come here like ur grand parents did or some one in the family from another country look back deep into ur back ground ull c where ur from so
its not the thing to do shothing police for trying to do they work but u pp out there have no rigth to talk let the law handle

    • Daniel Tempel February 19, 2012 at 2:20 pm #

      dont matter
U are part of the problem when U give illegals jobs! If U can’t get Americans to do Your work for YOU they probably won’t work for less than our minimum wage! Our folks came in lawfully probably just like Yours….can U see the difference yet! Did they bring drugs, drug runners, murderers, sux up moneys from the citizens already here, take things that weren’t theirs, kill border agents & ranchers, fill the prisons of America to the brim, on & on!

    • Sam February 19, 2012 at 2:47 pm #

Dont matter, yes you are correct, our America is full of immigrants. But they come here legally. and that is the difference. If these people south want to come here, they need to do it legally, then there would not be a problem. I know a elderly man, from Switzerland, and I asked him if he voted for hussein; he replied he was here on a visa, that he would not give up his Swiss citizenship, which is fine. HE IS STILL LEGAL!!! That is the difference to me, my own opinion.

    • Brett Reed February 19, 2012 at 5:51 pm #

      don’t matter, …you a nut job??NO AMERICANS WANT TO WORK…YOU ARE A FRIKEN NUT JOB,…LIKE REALLY WAKED!

  9. Daniel Tempel February 19, 2012 at 2:32 pm #

I served my Country for 4 years….that and the 1st admendment give me every right to talk! Let the law handle it…..that is what we are paying for…..its the federal government that is suppose to handle it but they refuse to and they fight any State that trys to handle it because of this administrations no action! The only thing they have done is give guns to the Cartels that have killed border agents (Fast & Furious) and coincidently Obama’s voter base goes up because they don’t won’t voter I.D. at the voting booths! If Your a farmer you have to be somewhat intelligent……is Your free labor worth all this?

  10. Sick to my stomach February 19, 2012 at 2:57 pm #

It makes me sick to my stomach to read all the *sic* that people write here. For one this country was founded on illegal immigrants. Second everyone would like to think that they ancestors came here legally but if you look hard enough and stop lying to yourselfs you will see that some may have not been as legal as you like. Texas came to be part of the U.S. due to illegal immigration. No one ever talks about all the americans who came into Texas illegally and then decided they did not want to follow Mexican laws which was one of the stipulations of being allowed to move into Texas. Thirdly, it really annoys me how everone like lump everything together. True there are some illegals that are part of the cartels, and some that are mules for the cartels but that does not mean that every single illegal immigrant is involved in drugs or supports the cartel. Some are actually trying to get away from the cartels. In Mexico they dont ask you if you want to work for the cartel they tell you or they kill you. Thats it. I wish people would put more thought into what they are writing. We need better border control yes, but we also need reformed immigration laws as well. Just like Gingrich said.

    • Brett Reed February 19, 2012 at 6:02 pm #

SICK TO MY STOMACH, we are talking about today’s problems, not the problems of 100 or 150 yrs ago. This is Texas now,…part of the United States,..The United States Owns TEXAS,Year 2012…illegals are invading the U.S.A. and must be stopped. period.
If their illegal here without green card or papers….shoot their azz….don’t kill them,…just inflict some pain and maybe they’ll shit themselves enough they won’t come back a second time!

    • lee Ruleman February 19, 2012 at 6:51 pm #

Reformed immigration laws…yes. A free pass ABSOLUTELY NOT! We can streamline the process but there still need to be a stringent screening process. Sounds like you want the “reformed” law to go something like this…

1.) Enter the US by any means possible
2.) Go to the local courthouse and say “I want US Citizenship”…even though you had to ask for it in your native language
3.) Expect the US to cater to you so you never have to learn the language or try to assimilate.

Before something like that happens we will have another Revolution.

Thank you for a very good reply. We have a real problem but hate is not the answer.

  11. Been There February 19, 2012 at 5:11 pm #

I think that any one who supports illegal immigration should have to live within one mile of the Mexican Border for a minimum of six months with no firearms or other protection. I guess the fact that the Buenos Aires National Wildlife Refuge installs 10ft high chain link fencing, with razor wire on top, at their workers homes is just for show. Also, the tons and tons of garbage they leave should be in those supporters back yards. By the way, our tax dollars, in the millions, are used to clean up this garbage.

  12. steve hedrick February 19, 2012 at 5:42 pm #

Its sad they don,t fight for a better way of life in Mexico against their own government that holds them down. A country riddled with drugs and corruption. Instead they defly the U.S. laws and bring their lawless attiudes into our country and expect to be treated fairly and respected. It is now further our of control as they shoot their way into this country and anyone that gets in their way. Yes, true this country was founded with immigrants, but I believe the largest complaint is not against those seeking a better life for themselves and their families, but do it legally. I know people who that came to this country and they took the correct path , paid their dues and acquired a citizenship. Speak to one of them and they will tell you how it angers them that they did it the right way while the majority of illegals drive without proper license and insurance, fake ID’s and using someone elses social security number and although under paid, get an unreal amount back on their taxes. I guess the government handouts has a loop hole most of us don,t know about. Then lets throw out the daycare expenses that picked up by our government for them while everyone else has to pay the full amount, for (ex.) $1400 a month for two U.S. children compared to $20.00 a week for two illegals . Nows lets not fail to mention health care and food stamps, damn. You whine for these poor people and I believing in helping someone but give me a break. My main concern right now is not those you under pay to do all the chores you say no one else will do, but the ruthless drug running scum and thier kind, those are the ones that need shot on the spot.

  13. Mario Lopez February 19, 2012 at 11:12 pm #

If we, the U.S. Citizens, do not wake up we will be overtaken by the illegal immigrants. Why isn’t our government doing anything about this ? Everywhere we go we have to be looking over our shoulder in fear of these people. They can hurt us but we cannot hurt them, that is some kind of Bulls__t!

  14. gringo February 20, 2012 at 8:32 am #

Obama , Holder, and Napolitano are ALL guilty of high crimes. The media non-coverage of violence along the border is not an oversight, but knowing complicity in crimes against America to further personal agendas. More Americans die at the hands of illegals every year than were killed by terrorists on 9/11, but THESE lawbreakers could become grateful little voters. Racial violence will stem from this, and the press will gleefully deal the “RACE” cards. Cause and effect.
