REPORT: Mass Illegal Alien Voter Fraud Uncovered in Florida

Democrats facing a tough election year are on the warpath – doing everything in their power to stop Voter ID laws in their tracks. The Obama Department of Justice has declared war on Texas and South Carolina – inventing non-existent “racial discrimination” to block popular voter ID laws in those states.

And always, we hear the bleating of activists that “there’s no significant voter fraud in America” . Meanwhile, Democrats officials (and their activist allies) are routinely caught committing it. And Roger Hedgecock detailed the extensive effort by the Democrats in 2010 to commit massive fraud in California in his must-read piece, Stealing the Election of 2012.

And now, an exceptional reporter in Florida has uncovered shocking fraud in that state – registration and voting by non-citizens – which officials had no idea was occurring, since they are prohibited from asking immigration status under the fraud-machine called the Motor Voter Act of 1993.

NBC-2 Tampa reporter Andy Pierrotti deserves serious kudos for conducting a two-month investigation that found non-citizens voting in Florida Elections. His report came just two days after the Tampa Bay Times claimed voter fraud in Florida was nonexistent.

One Naples voter admitted she was not a U.S. Citizen, nor a legal immigrant – but election records show she voted six times in the past eleven years.

The NBC2 investigators found the voter after examining “jury excusal” forms where a person said they couldn’t serve because they were not U.S. Citizens. They took those names and found dozens of those people in the database of Florida registered voters.

Since investigators only checked a very small sample of jury forms, one can only imagine how many thousands, or tens of thousands of illegals statewide who may have voted since the Motor Voter law was passed in 1993.  Non-citizen voting is a Federal felony:

“This is under oath, that document, they are attesting that it is true and by falsifying, it’s a third degree felony,” said Tim Durham, Collier County’s deputy chief election supervisor.

The NBC2 investigation revealed county supervisors of elections have no way to verify citizenship and are not required to ask for proof.

See the full shocking report below…

It should not take a small market affiliate to uncover massive voter fraud in a critical swing state like Florida. The FL Secretary of State told NBC2 they were on the case:

“…we will be exploring how many of the state’s clerks of court and supervisors of elections could work together to verify that persons excused from jury duty, because they are non-citizens, are not illegally registered to vote.”

But how did it get to this point to begin with? How many Florida counties fail to require proof of citizenship for voting, and how many illegal aliens and visa holders will unlawfully vote in states across the nation this year?

As Hedgecock detailed, the Democrats have their machinery of fraud in full gear and ready for November – from the Department of Injustice down to the activists registering illegal aliens door to door in every city. Are Republicans just going to sit back and let them steal the election of 2012?

I guarantee you that it is going on all over the country and will continue until we get voter ID. i know here in CA many non citizens vote, I have know it for years, but no one listen and the Democrats stop any drive to get voter ID, because this illegal votes favor them mostly.

We have it going on here in the state of Washington too. Yakima is trying to pass a law allowing them to vote ….legally! I think someone should come up with a bumper sticker :Obama supports illegals, not AMERICANS! Save your job, vote Obama OUT!

How about a law that states:

Any Non-US Citizen that votes or registers to vote in a US election (federal or state) will be immediately deported and have a lifetime ban on US citizenship and a lifetime ban on entry into the US. Then after each election (and maybe before also) go through the voter rolls, find and deport them!

Yep, that should be the punishment, but unfortunately it won’t happen until we get someone with real balls in the White House.

During the second GW Bush victory my wife and I were sitting next to a group of prople from New York who were really upset that Bush appeared to be winning Florida. We overheard them talking about voting against GW in the election in NY AND in Florida, so there is more fraud than just illegals voting. Florida has a large number of winter residents who claim homestead exemption in Florida and some also have a home and vote in other states.

Just yesterday I witnessed a Mexican woman in court in Texas being prosecuted for assisting with VOTER IDENTIFICATION FRAUD. She had documentation to assist with signing up illegal aliens. She was being fingerprinted and sentenced. I wish she would stay in jail for 5 years.

In Canada every year when you do your income tax you have to check a box on the form that states you will be voting in elections and you are a Canadian citizen, this puts your name on the voters list. When you go to the polls you produce your LEGAL ID then sign a LEGAL document before you vote.
I live and work in the states legally, pay taxes and do my best to follow all the laws and rules, I wouldn’t dream of voing illegally. Do people actully believe that people who have entered the county illegally and have no regard for the laws of the land would think twice of voting illegally? Two people who should be checked are Obama’s aunt and uncle… DUI living here illegally for years and he has a license, social security card and a job?????? You can bet he has voted for his nephew, along with his sister!!!!
